By providing power of attorney to pay the fees for your loved ones Healthcare Services, Aluuka will rely on your representation. The Aluuka Service refers to the use of our web applications, the Aluuka.com website, and any written content produced by Aluuka. Our core service allows users to securely request and receive access to their loved ones Personal Health Information and medical expenses from healthcare providers like clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and other specialists.
Please note, the Service is only available to clients 18 years of age or older.
Authorized Healthcare Providers (Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Pharmacists, Laboratory Technicians)
All Healthcare Providers providing Healthcare Services or Informational Services are independent, regulated health professionals registered to practice medicine in the designated developing countries. Aluuka is not a healthcare provider. Authorized healthcare providers alone are responsible for the Healthcare Services and Informational Services they provide through the Aluuka Platform. If you want information about any particular Authorized Healthcare Provider(s), consult his or her profile on our registered website.
User verification on the Internet is difficult and we do not assume any responsibility for the confirmation of any Member’s identity. Notwithstanding the above, for transparency and fraud prevention purposes, and as permitted by applicable laws, we may, but have no obligation to (i) ask Members to provide a form of government identification or other information or undertake additional checks designed to help verify the identities or backgrounds of Members, (ii) screen Members against third party databases or other sources and request reports from service providers.
Associated cost using Aluuka will be made clear to you at the point of purchase. You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, and your billing address.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected. We will not be held responsible or liable for any failure for the Purchase to complete, or any resulting loss or damages to you.
Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including medical data, prices, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
Despite our best efforts, service availability may have an error regarding the price, be inaccurately described, or be unavailable based on the information inserted by the health care provider. We may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other websites.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by, and interpreted and enforced in accordance with, the laws in the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada, as applicable. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then any remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements, oral or otherwise, regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
With the exception of your electronic medical record, Aluuka retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Site, the Services and any information, products, documentation, software, or other materials on the Site, and any patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark, service mark, or other intellectual property, or proprietary right in any of the foregoing, except for information on the Site licensed by Aluuka. The information available through the Site and the Services is the property of Aluuka and Stats Congo Inc, as applicable. Aluuka may delete any information provided by you that it deems in its sole discretion fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or in violation of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property or ownership right of any other person or entity.
